지원 자격

2026-09-30까지 국내외에서 12년 교육과정을 마쳤거나 마칠 예정이면 지원할 수 있어요. WASC/ACSI/CIS/NEASC/Cognia/COBIS 인증 국제학교에서 12년 과정을 마쳤거나, IB·Abitur·프랑스바칼로레아·GCE A-Levels·International A-Levels·European Baccalaureate를 땄거나 딸 예정이어도 돼요. 개별 자격심사를 통과한 18세 이상도 지원할 수 있어요.

전형 방법

2단계로 뽑아요. 먼저 1차는 서류심사예요. 통과하면 2차로 온라인 개별면접을 봐요. 영어로 Zoom에서 진행해요. 최종은 종합평가로 정해요.

표준화 시험

SAT/ACT/EJU는 안 내도 돼요. IB, Abitur, French-Baccalaureate, GCE A-Levels, International A-Levels, European Baccalaureate는 지원자격(대학입학자격)으로 인정해요.

영어 성적 기준

CEFR B2 이상이어야 하고, 2년 이내에 본 성적이어야 해요. IELTS Academic 5.5 이상, TOEFL iBT 72 이상, TOEFL ITP(Eikei 특별시험) 543 이상, Duolingo 100 이상, Cambridge·Linguaskill 160 이상, PTE Academic 59 이상, TOEIC L&R+S&W 1560 이상, EIKEN 준1급 이상, GTEC CBT 1180 이상, TEAP 309 이상, TEAP CBT 600 이상 중 하나면 돼요.

영어 성적 면제

영어로 수업하는 중등학교에서 전 과정을 마쳤으면 성적을 안 내도 돼요. 경제적 사유나 건강상 사유가 있으면 학교가 발행한 영어능력증명서(Verification of Proficiency in English issued by Secondary School)로 대신할 수 있어요.

국제학생 대상 특별장학금이 있어요. 재류자격 '유학'이 있어야 해요. 가계가 갑자기 어려워지면 수업료 감면·유예 제도도 쓸 수 있어요. MEXT 문부과학성 사비유학생 학습장려비는 도일 전 예약제도로 월 48,000 JPY를 6개월(10월~다음 해 3월) 받을 수 있어요.

General Instructions for the Essay Investigate a recent attempt to address a social issue in Japan, such as through governmental policy, social entrepreneurship, or community organizing. Based on your research, describe the issue and the response. Then discuss this case from a liberal arts perspective. That is, explain how studying different academic subjects can deepen one's understanding of this social issue and the attempt to address it. Finally, suggest how further liberal arts studies, including your own studies at EUH, could contribute to future efforts to address the issue. Provide in-text citations to indicate clearly any data, examples, arguments, or other information from sources. Additionally, include a clear and complete list of references on the final page. • Statement of Purpose필수

  본인의 학습과 경험을 바탕으로 지원 이유를 써주세요. '에이케이에서 배우고 싶은 것', '에이케이를 선택한 이유와 배경', '에이케이에서 배운 것을 어떻게 활용하고 싶은지' 같은 내용이에요. 양식은 대학 웹사이트에서 내려받아 쓰시면 돼요.

• Activity Report필수

  List up to three activities you have undertaken that you are most proud of, such as secondary school learning, extracurricular activities, competitions, group activities, community-based activities, volunteer work, etc. In addition, up to three references related to your own activities can be submitted. (Forms: Download the form from the university's website.) Note: It must be clearly stated "which contents of the activity report they relate to," e.g. by titling or numbering it. The forms are optional and must be in PDF format (up to 10 MB). It is accepted to include multiple items or URLs in the same PDF file. However, shared online storage links are not permitted.

  가장 자랑스러운 활동을 최대 3건까지 적으면 돼요. 중등학교 학습, 과외활동, 대회, 단체활동, 지역기반 활동, 봉사활동 같은 것이요. 본인 활동과 관련된 참고자료도 최대 3건까지 낼 수 있어요. 이때 어느 활동 내용과 관련되는지 제목이나 번호로 분명하게 표시해야 해요. 참고자료는 내도 되고 안 내도 돼요. PDF로 최대 10MB까지 가능하고, 하나의 PDF에 여러 항목이나 URL을 담아도 돼요. 다만 온라인 공유 스토리지 링크는 쓸 수 없어요.

지원서류와 에세이를 준비할 때 문헌이나 선생님 지도, 온라인 자료를 참고해도 돼요. 다만 본인이 쓰지 않았다고 판단되면 감점되거나 실격될 수 있어요. 조사 과정에서 생성형 AI 챗봇을 쓸 때는 아주 신중해야 해요. 요강과 문항에 명시된 내용이에요.

• 2027년도(Autumn 2027) 요강은 아직 공개되지 않았어요. 2026-07-10 기준이에요. 가장 최신 요강은 Autumn 2026 Enrollment Third Window(2026년 4월 접수)이고, Autumn 2026 전형은 모든 Window의 접수가 끝났어요.
• 지원은 전부 온라인으로 해요(Eikei Online Application System).
• 주의하세요. 에이케이대학은 일본 출입국재류관리청의 '적정교(approved institution)' 인정을 받지 못한 상태예요. 그래서 재류자격인정증명서(COE) 심사가 늦어져 일본에 가는 시기가 밀릴 수 있어요. 요강에 적혀 있는 내용이에요.
• 노트북은 본인이 꼭 가져와야 해요(BYOD). 최소사양은 입학수속을 마친 뒤에 안내해요.
• 같은 접수기간 안에서 다른 전형과 중복해서 지원할 수 없어요.
• 가을입학 통계는 유학생선발과 총합형선발(가을)을 합친 수치예요. 모집인원 20명(3개 Window 합계) 기준이에요. 2025년도 가을입학 실적은 전원 유학생선발이었어요.
• 대학이 공개한 경쟁률(모집인원 대비 지원배율)이에요. 2025년 3.9, 2024년 3.8, 2023년 1.6, 2022년 1.1, 2021년 1.0이었어요.
• 입학자 중 국외(인터내셔널스쿨 포함) 출신은 2021년 9명, 2022년 10명, 2023년 9명, 2024년 26명, 2025년 26명, 2026년 4명이에요. 2026년 수치는 봄입학만 집계한 2026-05-01 기준이에요.
• 2026년도 가을입학(Autumn 2026) 확정 통계는 확인일 기준으로 아직 공개되지 않았어요.
